Return Window:
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used products
• Sale items
• Hair extensions once opened
• Any other items marked as final sale

Refunds:
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear.
